Prices Prices listed on the site are in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT included), unless otherwise stated. Origin 96 reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Shipping costs, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Customer and are specified at order confirmation. Free shipping from €500 of purchases applies to deliveries in metropolitan France.   4. Order The Customer may place an order directly via the website. Any order placed implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Delivery times are given as estimates and may vary depending on product availability and the carrier. Origin 96 cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.   8. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalties. The Customer may exercise this right by contacting customer service at adv@origin96.42stores.com and returning the relevant product(s). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.   9. Legal Warranty and Liability Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code. In the event of a defect, the Customer may request repair or replacement of the product.   10. Personal Data Protection Information collected during the order process is necessary for the processing and delivery of orders. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, the Customer has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data.
