A highly anticipated first appearance

The Climbing Show marked an important step for Origin 96.
It was our very first official appearance as a brand — an opportunity to present our holds, our vision and our commitments to those who bring climbing to life every day.

And judging by the number of visitors who stopped by our booth, our presence was clearly highly anticipated!

But who is the new climbing hold brand, Origin 96?

From the very first hours, conversations were many.
Visitors often arrived curious, sometimes skeptical: a new brand, PE holds, made in France, with pricing announced as “reasonable”…

So naturally, they touched, observed, compared and asked questions.

Gym owners, club managers, route setters, and passionate climbers came to understand our approach, assess the texture quality, evaluate the readability of the shapes, and above all examine the consistency of our economic positioning.

At our booth, discussions were open, honest and constructive.

A positioning that meets a real need

Today, all professionals in the climbing industry face the same constraints: tightened budgets, the need for durability, and uncompromising quality standards.

The feedback at our booth was clear:
Origin 96 addresses a strong, real-world demand — the ability to equip facilities with reliable, accessible holds designed to last.

What struck us most were the recurring reactions we heard throughout the event:

“We came to see what you offer because we heard you’re the most affordable brand at the show.”
“Finally, a brand offering quality holds in reasonable sizes and at reasonable prices.”
“At last, a manufacturer that isn’t caught up in the endless race for oversized macros.”

These words confirmed that our vision resonates: performance, durability and fair pricing — without excess.

Immediate and tangible success

The enthusiasm was clear — and measurable: the entire stock we brought to the show was sold out, representing twice the number of holds displayed on our booth.

For us, this is a strong signal that our vision truly meets a real need in the spot. Future clients especially appreciated being able to combine our year-round fair pricing with the additional –10% launch offer, extended through the end of February.

This first trade show was rich in encounters, meaningful conversations and valuable feedback.
It reinforces our commitment to offering durable, accessible holds, made in France, sold directly from the manufacturer to the climber.
